We've been serving our customers since 2009 — Trinidad & Tobago's first online green grocery, founded by David Thomas and Rachel Renie.

Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Sunday: closed
What delivery time-frames do you offer?

When checking out you can choose:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: next business day
- Rush Delivery: same day (orders before 10 a.m.)
Your cart calculates the delivery fee based on how soon you want it and your exact location.

We deliver nationwide in Trinidad, wholesale to Tobago, and ship non-perishable items internationally.

I'm having problems checking out — what should I do?
To complete checkout please:
- Check that items in your cart are in stock (out-of-stock items are flagged).
- Select the shipping / carrier method.
- Select your payment option.
- Confirm the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox.
How do I pay?

Online:
- Credit Card: set your currency to TTD to see Credit Card as a payment option.
- PayPal: select PayPal at checkout, log in to confirm.
- Online Bank Transfer: we'll email Republic Bank and RBC checking-account details for you to transfer.
On Delivery:
- Pay our drivers with cash or cheque (made out to D' Market Movers Ltd.)

Yes — you can customise or edit your order after placing it. Email us your name, order reference number, and the items you'd like to substitute, add, or remove.
Edits must be made at least 24 hours before your delivery day.
What happens if there's a mix-up with my order?

If the items you receive don't match what you ordered, please let us know — we'll rectify it as soon as possible.

What is the process to collect at El Socorro?
What is the process to collect at El Socorro?
- Select your items and check out using the Pick Up option.
- You'll receive an email letting you know when your order is ready.
- Orders typically take 24–48 hours; same-day pick-up is also available.
- On the day of collection, call upon arrival — a representative will bring your items to your vehicle.

No — collection at our El Socorro location is free.

Orders typically take 24–48 hours. Same-day pick-up usually takes 2–3 hours; if you'd like same-day pick-up, please call us at 868-221-3555.
