This week, we’ll be looking at a variety of meats and what herbs are good for seasoning them with.
Beef – Basil , Ginger, Parsley, Rosemary, Tarragon and Thyme.
Lamb – Basil, Dill, Garlic, Ginger, Mint, Parsley, Rosemary, Tarragon and Thyme.
Pork – Dill, Garlic, Ginger, Oregano, Rosemary, Tarragon and Thyme.
Rabbit – Basil, Bay and Rosemary.
Turkey – Basil, Garlic, Rosemary, Tarragon, Thyme and Parsley.
Chicken – Thyme, Chives, Dill, Garlic, Ginger, Mint, Parsley, Rosemary and Tarragon.
Duck – Bay, Rosemary and Tarragon.
Fish – Basil, Chives, Dill, Garlic, Ginger, Parsley, Rosemary, Tarragon and Thyme.
