Live from the Market Movers’ Customer Centre

18 Aug

“Hi Rachel,

My order was just delivered and with the addition of the Iceberg lettuce the cost was $62.50.  I only had a hundred dollar bill on me and the delivery guy did not have any change so i went into my office to see if i could get change, which i did. I came back out and paid him and went back inside with my order and he left.  The guard then called me back to the front saying that the guy had returned.  Apparently I  overpaid him, giving him $83 dollars, when i thought it was $63.  I would never have known and I was quite taken aback and impressed with his honesty. In this day and age you really don’t expect that. Now i have even more incentive (as if i needed it) to continue business with you…  Kudos!”

However with the recent drought and then heavy rainfall that we are experiencing these farmers have been seriously affected many were unable to even continue production. (more…)
